Sharing God’s Word – February
2014
These Scriptures touched my heart during February. I shared them with family, friends and, now you. Take time from your busy life to open your Bible or Bible app. Be random, be purposeful - just be filled with God’s word. Learn to go straight to His word. The more you open the Good Book and ask the Lord for understanding, the more it will miraculously open up for you. My personal notes follow each Scripture.
1 Chronicles 29:11 NCV - The glory of
God
Lord, you are great and
powerful.
You have glory, victory, and
honor.
Everything in heaven and on
earth belongs to you.
The kingdom belongs to you,
Lord;
you are the ruler over
everything.
2 Corinthians 5:17 TLB - We become all
new
When someone becomes a
Christian,
he becomes a brand new person
inside.
He is not the same anymore.
A new life has begun!
2 Corinthians 5:18 Voice – We are to
bring others back
All of this is a gift from
our Creator God,
who has pursued us and
brought us into
a restored and healthy
relationship with
Him through the
Anointed.
And He has given us the same
mission,
the ministry of
reconciliation,
to bring others back to Him.
Psalm 119:5 – That I would be faithful
Oh, that every part of my
life
would remain in line
with
what You require!
Romans 8:37 – Oh His love
But no matter what
comes,
we will always taste
victory
through Him who loved us.
Psalm 33:9 – He rules
He spoke, and it
happened.
He commanded, and it
appeared.
Psalm 147:3 – He knows our hearts
He binds their wounds,
heals the sorrows of their
hearts.
Romans 5 – To know You, Father
2 Jesus leads us into a place
of radical grace
where we are able to
celebrate
the hope of
experiencing God’s glory.
3 And that’s not all.
We also celebrate in seasons
of suffering
because we know that when we
suffer
we develop endurance,
which shapes our characters.
4 When our characters are
refined,
we learn what it means
to
hope and anticipate God’s
goodness.
1 Corinthians 6:17 – Oh to know You
But when you are joined with
the Lord,
you become one spirit with
Him.
Isaiah 58:11 – You are my life
The Eternal One will never
leave you;
He will lead you in the
way
that you should go.
When you feel dried up and
worthless,
God will nourish you and give
you strength.
And you will grow like a
garden
lovingly tended;
you will be like a
spring
whose water never runs
out.
Psalm 63:6 – Thoughts of You
Often at night I lie in bed
and remember You,
meditating on Your greatness
till morning
smiles through my window.
Isaiah 26 – Focus on You
3 You will keep the peace, a
perfect peace,
for all who trust in You, for
those
who dedicate their hearts and
minds to You.
4 So trust in the Eternal One
forever,
for He is like a great
Rock—strong,
stable, trustworthy, and
lasting.

O Lord our God,
the majesty and glory of your
name
fills all the earth and

forbidden things will go with
it,
but whoever keeps doing the
will of God will live forever.
John 1 – Faith without sight
17 The law was given through
Moses,

is like.

worthless things,
and give me true life
according to Your plans.

business;
do your own job. You've heard
all this from
us before, but a reminder
never hurts.
James 1 KJV – Stop the bad, remember God
21 Wherefore lay apart
all filthiness and
superfluity of naughtiness,
and receive with meekness the
engrafted word,
which is able to save your
souls.

word,
and not hearers only,
deceiving your own selves.
Matthew 9:13 (NIRV) – Don’t show off
Go and learn what this means,
‘I want mercy and not
sacrifice.’ (Hosea 6:6)
I have not come to get
those
who think they are right with
God
to follow me.
I have come to get sinners to
follow me.”

dignity.

And when you are old,
I will still be there,
carrying you.

have.
I will carry you and
save you.
